If your profile has aroused our
interest, we set up a first telephone interview between you and a HR team
member to give you and us the chance to get to know each other better.
Depending on the position and location you are applying
for, we will ask you to complete online assessments prior to a personal
interview to learn more about you. You can do the assessment(s) anytime and
anywhere you want, e.g. from your home in a familiar and stress-free
environment.
Then we get to know each other
personally. You will have an interview with a HR team member, your manager and,
depending on the position, with members of the management team. Furthermore, depending on the position
and location you are applying for, we will ask you to complete a business case
study at the beginning of the personal interview.
